Purchase and Payment


I (kuehmerlion) reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. I may, in my sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. I also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-seller, or distributors.

  2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchases made via the site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases if deemed required. I may change prices at any time.
  3. You agree to pay all charges at then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize my shop to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. I reserve the right to correct any error or mistakes in pricing, even if I have already requested or received payment.


Shipping and Delivery


You agree to provide current, most up to date shipping information upon placing your order. Failure to send me your correct address may result in a lost item or returned to my store. I am not responsible for re sending your order, however, items returned to me upon failure to ship due to invalid addresses may be eligible ship it out again, but may include additional shipping fees and/or other charges.


  1. If you would like to make any changes to your shipping information, all inquires should be sent before orders are packed.
  2. All orders made to this webstore automatically include tracking.
  3. Orders with tracking will automatically receive an email with their tracking information within 24 hours of their order being shipped
  4. Due to updated VAT and customs policies, I currently do not offer deliveries to the EU.
  5. If you have found that your address is incorrect after it has been shipped, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I can make changes to your order, but please contact me via email as soon as possible. In the event your incorrect address is a separate valid address, I cannot do anything about this. I can however send you a replacement but you will be charged again.
  6. If you wish to cancel your order and I have not already shipped them, please reach out to me via email and I will assist in reversing the order and chargeback.


Returns and Exchanges


I reserve the right to make changes or modifications to any of or terms and policies at any time and for any reason.

  1. Cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted UNLESS:
  2. Cancellations are permitted as long as the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please reach out to me via email. Please note that the full order amount may not be refunded as I am unable to refund card processing fees and currency exchange rates so please keep this in mind when you are placing an order.
  3. If you think your order is damaged please email me with your order number, pictures, and details. After assessing the issue the buyer may be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund depending on the severity but this cannot be guaranteed.
  4. If an item is missing from your order, please also email me with your order number, photo proof and details. I will attempt to ship it free of charge.

  1. I will only ask for personal information when it is required to complete a transaction or service for you. I will only collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. I will also let you know why it is being collected and how it will be used.
  2. I shall only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data stored, I’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
  3. I shall not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
  4. This website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
  5. You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that I may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
  6. Your continued use of our website will be regarded as an acceptance of my practices around privacy and personal information.


F.A.Q


Q. When will my order ship?

All orders will be process between 1-3 business days unless I have stated otherwise on the top of my webstore home page.

If your order includes an out-of-stock product, I will contact you via email to explain the situation, and may offer to cancel and (partially) refund your pending order.


Q. Can I combine multiple pending orders into one shipment?

Please email me clement.wj@outlook.com to request an order consolidation, with the affected order numbers. I will try my best to adjust the shipment and refund any shipping credits reduced in the process.


Q. Adding items to an existing order?

Please email me again, and inform me which pending order number you want to make the changes.Payment for the additional difference should be subsequently done within the next 24 hours.


Q. Does my order comes with tracking?

Yes. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the delivery has been made by me.

Please use https://www.singpost.com/track-items for Singpost and Speedpost deliveries.

Do note that Singpost tracking will stop once the package reaches the destination's customs and the tracking details will be handed over to the respective destination's postal operator.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

As of now, I am only able to offer shipping options to several countries including Malaysia, Indonesia and the majority of SEA. Also included are other Asian destinations such as South Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Pacific like Australia and New Zealand. Elsewhere, UK, the United States and Canada are also possible.

Due to thhe updated strict custom regulations, I am not able to ship to EU countries, but I am hoping to do so in the future.


Q. When will I receive my order once it has been shipped?

The expected delivery time frame will be indicated when the delivery option is displayed upon checkout. Depending on the destination, the shipping can take between 5 to 18 business days, if there is no unexpected delay. Local orders (Singapore) can expect 1 to 2 business days fulfillment.


Q. Will I need to pay VAT or custom duties?

If you are residing outside of Singapore, orders are subject to customs and fees depending on your countries' regulations. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and/or fees incurred. Please refer to your own country's rules.

Any returned items due to unpaid duties and fees will be refunded to the buyer, minus the shipping and card processing fees, provided that the returned items remain in good condition.


Q. My package order is lost/arrived damaged!

For all potential lost/damaged orders, please email me with your order number.


If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service in the case of misdelivery or miscommunication. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact your post office and file a claim request.


If your package tracking has not moved/stuck for more than 14 business days (or past the stipulated timeframe), you can reach out to me with your order number and I will try to assist you from there, in case the package somehow gets returned to me.


If the content in your package arrived damaged or defective, or an item is missing from your order, please email me with the corresponding order number, photo evidence, and details. After assessing the situation, you as the buyer may be eligible for a replacement or refund depending on the severity but this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
